♦ WE BELIEVE ♦
- In the Bible as the divinely inspired Word of God, our infallible, all sufficient guide for salvation and for the Christian life.
(II Timothy 3:16, 17)
- In one God, the Creator of all, eternally existing in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Colossians 1:16; I John 5:7; Matthew 3:16,1)
- In the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, that He is the true God and true man, begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and that He had a perd sinless humanity. (John 1:1; Luke 1:34, 35; II Corinthians 5:21)
- In the total depravity of the nature of man and the absolute inability of man to save himself from eternal punishment by his own works. (I Corinthians 2:14;Ephesians 2:8, 9)
- In the immediate and eternal salvation of every person who truly believes on Christ by faith and rests on His finished work and resurrection as the only righteous way on which a holy God can forgive sins. (John 5:24; Acts 4:12)
- That the early church met together and continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship and in the breaking of bread and in prayer. (Acts 2:41- 42)
- God's pattern for today. In the personal and imminent, and premillennial coming of the Lord in the air to rapture the church. (I Thessalonians 4:13-17)
♦ WE PRACTICE ♦
- We welcome into our fellowship all born again believers who are sound in doctrine and godly life.
- We baptize believers by immersion as commanded by the Lord.
- We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first day of each week in remembrance of the Lord.
- We preach the gospel of the grace of God.
- We meet together for fellowship, prayer, and study of the Holy Scriptures.
- We recognize the Lordship of Christ in all our gatherings, the liberty of the Spirit, the priesthood of all believers, and the diversity of spiritual gifts.
- We recognize the plurality of elders (pastors and teachers) as the spiritual under shepherds of the church.
- We support the work of the church and contribute to the Lord's work both at home and abroad through the free will offerings of the Lord's people.
